Copper River Salmon are the number one salmon in the State of Alaska, and the entire world. Wild Copper River Salmon, hasn't an equal in quality and flavor. Wild Sockeye Salmon

The Sockeye is the smallest most delicate of the Kenai Wild salmon family, these wild salmon are sought after for their unique flavor and bright red, extra firm texture. We select only #1 grade fish that are bled and iced immediately after being caught, then rushed to our plant. Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, with its spectacular red meat color and superior taste will enhance the most discriminating chef. Wild Sockeye Salmon is shipped in flash frozen fillets, each already in it's own vacuum sealed freezer bag (approx. 1 lb. each).

Wild White King Salmon

The most sought after wild salmon: Wild, White Alaskan King Salmon!
Beautiful and rare, White King Salmon differs from Red King Salmon in both its texture and its rich, mild, almost creamy and delicate taste. Also known as Ivory King Salmon, it is not as "fishy" tasting as Red King Salmon, yet it still contains very high levels of Omega-3 oils (approx. 1 lb. each).

Wild Sockeye Salmon Lox

Our “Alaska Lox” is most similar to Scotch Lox. Our smokers have blended “Old World” techniques with native Alaska techniques to come up with this unique and tasty treat. This award winning Sockeye Lox are dry brined with salt and brown sugar followed by a trip through the smokehouse using native alderwood smoke . No preservatives or enhancers are added to ensure the best possible flavors and deep, rich, natural red color. Lox are commonly served as appetizers with bagels and Cream cheese. Sliced onto a 6 oz. gold board, individually vacuum packed and frozen to lock in the flavor. No preservatives, coloring, oils or artificial ingredients are ever added to our salmon lox.
